If you wanna know how to delete the spyware files, just follow the following steps :
1. Make sure that you can see/access the hidden files.
2. Next, close all applications, so there’s no one program will be running.
3. Restart your computer and go to save mode. This step is required to make sure that the spyware’s programs cannot be running.
4. On save mode, check the processes which is being run by press [ctrl] + [alt] + [del] on your keyboard and turn off any suspicious program. If you cant use windows task manager, you can use utility program process explorer. You can download it at http://www.sysinternals.com/utilities/processExplorer.html or you can use tune up utilities .
5. After those spyware programs have been turned off, use ms-dos to delete those files.
6. Type : c\\> del\\folder\\trojan file name.exe (if the files on drive c).
7. If those files are hidden, then type c\\> attrib-r-s-h folder name.exe
